Grayson spoke about producing energy from waste materials and turning waste into ethanol. He said that Anguilla could reduce its landfill by up to 90% by the incineration of waste material that would minimize toxic materials and greenhouse gas emissions and produce steam which could drive steam turbine generators. This, at the same time, would reduce the volume at the landfill and groundwater contamination. He also described waste oil processing that converts waste oil from combustion engines, as well as vegetable oil, into a usable fuel for boilers, furnaces or electrical power generation. He suggested that this would be very feasible in Anguilla and the island could even join with other nearby islands for the project.

The other speaker was William Ridenour who constructs life style centres involving shopping, entertainment, restaurants and homes in one area. Building is fast because his company uses a lot of prefabricated units.
