The Anguilla Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACOCI) is proud to announce that on Friday 20th April 2007 it is to host a Networking Meeting on the subject of ‘Electricity-Water-Waste and Commercial Real-estate & Housing Development at the CuisinArt Resort and Spa. There will be presentations by world leading engineers and designers, specializing in new technologies in the fields of electrical power, desalinization facilities, building technique waste to energy and other environmentally friendly energy production methods. The featured guest speakers are Grayson M. Evans and Randy Boyce both engineers at CENTURYMARC and specialists in engineering and construction on a global basis. Participants and invited guests will have the opportunity to interact with the panelists concerning these topics in relationship to the fast expanding construction and other developments in Anguilla.

Mr. Ridenour is a Member of the ICSC -International Council of Shopping Centers, National Negotiator for AIG Baker Corporation National tenant Negotiator for GBT Realty Group-regarding legal, economic, and construction issues between retailer and developer. Mr. Ridenour will make a brief presentation on developing housing & Commercial Real estate using new construction techniques.
