Yellowfin Tuna: Fine Dining At West End & East End

Patrick Webster fishing aboard Bateau Godot and Declan Webster fishing aboard Caribbean Pirate out of Island Harbour display spectacular Yellowfin tuna caught especially for Côté Mer Restaurant (East End) and Mango’s Restaurant (West End). Pat’s tuna was around 50 pounds and Declan’s was well over 60 pounds.

The catch and preservation techniques coincide with sashimi grade tuna. Denizens and visitors alike should make every effort to get out and obtain a reservation at both Côté Mer and Mango’s and experience expertly prepared Yellowfin tuna. Mango’s is open for dinner only, but Côté Mer is serving both lunch and dinner. Enjoy — bon appetite.
