Meads Bay Villa Resort Now Open

Anguilla’s newest beachfront rental property, Meads Bay Villa Resort, opened last week at Meads Bay. Meads Bay Villa Resort is an intimate Caribbean resort community consisting of four casually luxurious villas. The villas, owned by Thomas McInerney of Newtown, Pennsylvania, come with all the comforts of home. Each villa has their own private pool, en-suite baths and full gourmet kitchens including all the amenities expected by Anguilla’s discerning visitors.

Mr. McInerney is a long time visitor to Anguilla. His goal in building the property was, “to make a place that brought all the qualities I love of Anguilla together in an intimate setting and provide guests with the kind of experience that I have come to know and love when traveling to Anguilla.”

The resort consists of four, 2-bedroom deluxe beach villas designed to maximize relaxation, comfort and privacy. Floor plans include living area overlooking beautiful Meads Bay, interior and exterior dining spaces and spacious bedrooms. The bedrooms are air conditioned and are appointed in such a way as to enhance the villa’s crisp, clean, Caribbean feel. The villas, including the spacious office building and reception area were constructed by Sunset Homes.
Meads Bay Villa Resort’s (MBVR) General Manager is Delta Hughes. Delta brings a wealth of experience to MBVR given her employment at many of Anguilla’s high-end properties, including Temenos and Cerulean. Her role as manager will aid guests in maximizing the benefits of a trip to Anguilla and, more importantly, a stay at Meads Bay Villa Resort.
