Winner Of Text Competition Awarded

Celina Fleming has won an award for winning the “Text your Queen” contest sponsored by Cable and Wireless recently.

She was among a number of persons who used the company’s text services to name their choice for the Miss Anguilla Pageant. She chose Amber Woodley and felt gratified when she really won the title.
The company’s Chief Executive, Sutcliffe Hodge, congratulated Ms Fleming and presented her with a Samsung SGHX156 cellular phone, priced at EC$370.
In making the presentation, on August 17, Mr. Hodge announced that there would be a number of similar competitions, making it possible for other persons to win phones and thus to bmobile.
