Managing Director Of FirstCaribbean Visits Anguilla

Oliver Jordon, Managing Director of FirstCaribbean (Barbados) Limited, recently visited Anguilla. He was accompanied by Ms Gracie Elias, Manager of the Barbados Strategic Business Unit, which also encompasses the islands of the Eastern Caribbean.

During the visit, Oliver toured the Bank’s facilities and met and held discussions with the employees and the Country Management Committee.

Oliver was keen to interact with local management and staff, and to seek their views on achieving the Bank’s goal of being the Caribbean’s Number One financial services institution.

As part of the discussions with management and staff, he was able to find out first-hand the needs and concerns of the staff in respect of the continued development of the Bank and their role in the development process.
