Mrs. Greta Vanterpool has successfully completed the requirements for the AICB Certificate and has been awarded the AICB designation.

Mrs. Vanterpool has said that in today’s society, technology and customers demands are increasing and changing rapidly, and in order to keep abreast with these changes continuing education is very important. Taking these courses enabled me to serve the Bank’s customers better.
Studying with a full-time job is challenging but, with perseverance and determination, I overcame the challenges. I would like to thank Scotiabank for giving me the opportunity to further my career goals.
