THANKS, DANIEL ORR
I am writing from Oregon to say thanks to Daniel Orr, the Executive Chef at CuinsinArt resort, for his wonderful cooking lessons at the hotel’s cuisine school.
I enjoyed a visit there with some friends recently and sat in on two of his classes. His cooking skills are tremendous and he puts them across very well in his teachings. I have also collected some of his articles and recipes from your newspaper and I think it is a good idea as they will help people like me who like cooking but need some help.
