Simple, tasty, colorful, goes with almost anything, and the left-overs (if any) are fine cold.

This is legitimate, not patented, and will keep for a day or so in the ‘frig tightly sealed. Looks more work than it is but worth every moment spent on its creation. Use this along with the croutons and any lettuce will rally to become a spectacular salad.

We like to make use of our day old baguettes from the local bakery Le bon Pain.
These croutons are easy to make and taste great even by themselves.
You will find your guests eating these like salted nuts!
