Malliouhana was proclaimed the Best Resort in the Caribbean in the Conde Nast Traveler 2004 Reader’s Survey.
Within the Reader’s Survey points were awarded for different facets of each resort and the Restaurant at Malliouhana received the highest possible approval level - a score of 100 out of 100 possible points. While Anguilla has become synonymous with gastronomic excellence, this is the first time any resort in Anguilla has received scoring of this magnitude for cuisine.
The extensive menu at the Malliouhana Restaurant offers mouthwatering dishes blending Caribbean, French and Mediterranean cuisines all conjured up by 2 star Michelin Restaurateur Michel Rostang together with Head Chef Alain Laurent.
To complement the cuisine guests can select wines from the 25,000 bottle wine cellar which holds the Wine Spectator Grand Award.
