Speaking during the Anguilla Day Official Parade at the Ronald Webster Park on May 30, Mr. Fleming made mention of the island’s numerous economic successes, political stability, freedom and fair elections, improvement of human resources and the massive infrastructural development the Government has implemented.

Anguilla’s reggae singer and musician, Bankie Banx, has fulfilled a dream which he conceived in partnership with Ijahnya Christian, relating to a positive youth development programme called the Anguilla Stingray Project. Under that programme, guitars have been secured for a number of youngsters who will be taught to play the string music as a means of occupying their time and developing their musical ability.
